FH must use appropriately licensed or supervised personnel, assess work risks and use lawful isolation, testing and safe work methods. Customer instructions or a signed waiver do not authorise unsafe work. Energised work is subject to strict legal exceptions, not ordinary customer consent.

A small job still requires safe, compliant work.

FH须安排适当持证或受监督的人员，评估施工风险，依法采取隔离、验电及安全作业措施。客户指示或签署免责书不构成不安全施工的许可。带电作业须符合严格法定例外，不能仅凭客户同意。

工程小不等于可以省略安全合规责任。

Required verification and certification concern the work carried out. Checks may need to include existing circuits or interfaces affected by that work. The exact extent follows applicable standards and site conditions; the price scope cannot remove required safety tests. A CCEW must accurately describe the certified work and is not an unlimited whole-house warranty.

List the work, required test results and any limitations accurately. Do not certify unverified work.

须按实际施工履行必要检查、测试及认证；检查可能涉及受本次工作影响的原有回路或连接部位。具体范围按适用标准及现场情况确定，不能用报价排除必要安全测试。CCEW须准确描述认证工作，不是整屋无限保修承诺。

A switchboard upgrade does not by itself renew all existing wiring or appliances or provide FH voluntary cover for unrelated deterioration. FH remains responsible for defective work it performs, required checks and damage it causes. A later fault must be assessed by its cause rather than automatically assigned to either party.

Record the existing condition and the agreed boundary; do not promise that every hidden defect has been found.

电箱升级本身不等于更新全部旧线路或旧电器，也不对无关老化提供FH自愿保修。FH仍对本次缺陷施工、必要检查及施工造成的损坏负责。后续故障须查明原因，不能自动全部归FH或客户承担。

When a hazard is identified, FH must assess it and take required safety measures, which may include stopping work or isolating unsafe equipment. Explain and record the hazard and proposed rectification. Customer refusal does not permit unsafe reconnection and does not automatically require FH to replace the whole installation for free.

Arrange a safe interim condition and a separately agreed repair scope where needed.

发现隐患后，FH须评估并采取必要安全措施，可能包括停工或隔离不安全设备；说明并记录隐患及整改建议。客户拒修不能作为危险重新送电的许可，也不自动意味着FH须免费更换整套系统。

Unrelated rewiring, appliance repairs, hazardous-material remediation and other unquoted work are not automatically included. Agree scope, price and schedule before additional repairs. Necessary immediate safety measures are distinct from authority for unrestricted permanent repairs or unlimited charges; explain and document any such action and its cost basis.

A variation is not a waiver of compulsory safety duties or existing refund rights.

无关的重新布线、电器维修、有害材料处理及其它未报价工作不自动包含。额外维修先确认范围、价格和工期。必要即时安全措施不等于获得任意永久维修或无限收费授权，须解释并记录措施及费用依据。

变更工程不能免除强制安全义务或已有退款权利。

Customers are asked to provide agreed access, disclose known hazards and restrictions and cooperate with planned shutdowns. At workplaces, businesses sharing control must consult, cooperate and coordinate as required. These arrangements do not transfer FH duties or make the customer responsible for every undiscovered defect.

Allocate practical tasks clearly while each duty holder retains its own duties.

客户应提供约定进场条件，披露已知危险与限制，并配合计划停电。在工作场所，共同控制现场的企业须按要求协商、合作和协调。这些安排不转移FH义务，也不把所有未发现缺陷都归客户负责。

FH must provide services with due care and skill and meet applicable consumer guarantees. If its failure causes loss, available remedies may extend beyond repairing the original item. Manufacturer warranties are additional; directing the customer to a manufacturer does not remove FH obligations as supplier. A fault outside the work is not automatically an FH-caused loss.

Investigate cause, work records and the applicable remedy; avoid blanket exclusions of all loss.

FH须以应有谨慎和技能提供服务并遵守适用消费者保障。若FH未履行义务造成损失，适用救济可能不限于修复原项目。厂家保修属于额外保障，不能仅让客户找厂家就免除FH作为供应方的义务。范围外故障不自动等于FH造成的损失。

FH states 12 months voluntary workmanship cover for ordinary electrical work and five years for solar and battery workmanship, with separately stated supplier system cover. Applicable NSW residential statutory warranties generally distinguish major defects (six years) from other breaches (two years). The legal major-defect test is not determined simply by job price or size. These rights relate to the relevant work and are not automatic cover for every existing item.

Do not describe the voluntary expiry date as the end of every legal claim.

FH日常电工施工自愿保修12个月，太阳能及电池施工五年，供应方系统保修另列。适用NSW住宅法定保修时，一般区分重大缺陷六年和其它违约两年。“重大缺陷”须按法定标准判断，不能只按工程大小或价格决定。这些权利针对相关工作，不自动承保所有原有设施。

不能把自愿保修到期写成全部法律索赔权终止。

Misuse or external events may exclude the damage they actually cause from voluntary cover. An RCBO trip alone does not establish misuse or an FH defect. Repeated resetting is not proof of customer-caused damage without a causal assessment. Do not keep resetting a circuit that continues to trip; seek qualified fault investigation.

Exclusions do not excuse FH defective work or remove mandatory remedies.

误用或外部事件实际造成的损坏，可在该因果范围内排除自愿保修。RCBO跳闸本身既不能证明误用，也不能证明FH施工缺陷；反复合闸仍须判断是否造成相关损坏。对持续跳闸的回路不要反复合闸，应安排合资格人员排查。

排除条款不免除FH缺陷施工责任或强制救济。

An ABN or a commercial quotation label does not by itself remove applicable residential protections. Business purchases may also qualify for Australian Consumer Law guarantees. Check the actual work, contracting parties and applicable criteria; residential-building law, workplace safety law and consumer law have different tests.

Do not reclassify residential work merely to avoid a deposit limit or other protection.

有ABN或报价标为商业，并不自行排除适用住宅保护。企业采购也可能享有澳大利亚消费者法保障。须核对实际工作、签约方及适用条件；住宅建筑法、工作场所安全法与消费者法的判断标准不同。

不得只为规避订金限制或其它保护而把住宅工程改名商业工程。

Written agreement on a deposit does not override an applicable statutory cap or payment restriction. Customer-initiated enquiries, unsolicited sales and qualifying NSW residential contracts have different cooling-off rules. Signing or ordering equipment does not automatically extinguish a protected cancellation right. Outside protected rights, cancellation costs must follow the agreed contract and law, not blanket forfeiture.

Read the applicable deposit and cancellation clauses together; safety duties continue during any shutdown or termination.

双方书面同意订金，不能推翻适用法定上限或付款限制。客户主动询价、非邀约销售及符合条件的NSW住宅合同，其冷静期规则不同。签字或采购设备不自动取消受保护的取消权。保护范围以外的取消费用仍须符合合同及法律，不能一律没收。

结合适用订金和取消条款判断；停工或终止时仍须履行安全义务。

Old mounting boards may contain asbestos. Excluding asbestos removal from the quoted price does not authorise disturbing suspect material unsafely. Assess the material and arrange appropriate controls and qualified assistance where required. Quote exclusions distinguish the paid scope from hazard controls; they do not establish that the site is hazard-free.

Document material concerns and any separately agreed specialist work.

旧安装板可能含石棉。报价不含石棉清除，不代表可以不安全地扰动疑似材料。须评估材料并按要求采取控制措施、安排适当合资格协助。报价排除区分付费范围，不免除危险控制义务，也不证明现场不存在危险。

记录材料风险及另行约定的专业工作。

Record whether the customer requested commencement or completion within seven calendar days, the contact origin, contract value, requested dates and authorised purchases. A genuine commercial customer-initiated job may agree a lawful 30% deposit; residential deposit limits still apply where relevant. An ordinary small residential job does not automatically have an unsolicited-sale cooling-off period, but its deposit cap and other rights may still apply. Qualifying residential large-contract cooling-off rules and unsolicited-sale rules are distinct. Customer urgency alone waives neither. Before cancellation settlement, identify the applicable right: statutory settlement rules take priority over ordinary cancellation costs. After compliant completion, mere change of mind does not itself extinguish the agreed debt; defects and other protected remedies remain. For applicable NSW residential cooling-off rescission, reasonable out-of-pocket expenses and a reasonable price for work performed may be recoverable under the statute, without double counting. This is different from the unsolicited-sales cancellation regime.

A three-day job is an example of this category, not a statutory emergency exemption. A customer signature is not a substitute for legally required cooling-off waiver formalities.

三天内完工属于此排期分类，不自动成为法定紧急例外。客户签字不能代替依法放弃或缩短冷静期所需手续。

The customer identifies the contracting entity, ABN, authorised representative and each work site. A business customer commissioning residential work must still receive any applicable residential statutory protections.

填写签约企业、ABN、授权人和各现场；企业委托住宅工程仍享有适用住宅法定保障。

Before scheduling, agree site access, induction, permits, shutdown windows and responsibilities for network approvals. Delays or repeat attendance outside the agreed scope require prior written approval of any additional charge.

预约前确认进场、现场培训、许可、停电时段及电网审批责任；额外上门或延期收费须先书面批准。

For genuine commercial work, agree the deposit and procurement / progress milestones in writing; the residential deposit policy is not the commercial schedule; deposits and verified payments are credited once. For expressly commercial ASP2 or commercial multi-site work, FH's minimum 30% policy applies where lawful. A signed agreement does not override a statutory deposit cap, cooling-off restriction or insurance prerequisite. Residential work retains all applicable protections.

经接受的报价须列明双方书面同意的订金比例或金额及阶段付款；订金和已核实付款仅抵扣一次。对于明确的商业ASP2或商业多地址工程，在法律允许时适用FH最低30%的订金政策。双方签字不能排除法定订金上限、冷静期限制或保险前提要求。住宅性质工程仍享有全部适用保护。

Variations, additional addresses and extra attendances require written scope and price approval by an authorised representative before proceeding, except immediate measures reasonably necessary to make an unsafe situation safe.

变更、新地址及额外上门先由授权人书面批准范围和价格，紧急安全处置除外。

After completion and reconciliation, the final balance is due within three NSW business days of receipt of the final invoice, unless a different lawful milestone is agreed. Statutory payment and dispute rights remain available; disputed charges may be referred for resolution.

完工核对后开尾款发票，收到后三个 NSW 工作日内付款，另有合法约定除外；保留法定付款及争议权。

FH's voluntary workmanship cover runs from completion: 12 months for ordinary electrical work (standalone switchboard upgrades, minor repairs, small additions, sockets and lights), and five years for solar/battery installation. Manufacturer warranties and applicable statutory/ACL rights are additional. An upgrade does not warrant the whole existing installation or unrelated ageing and faults in existing wiring/appliances outside the agreed work. FH remains responsible for defective work, required safety checks and damage it causes. Report discovered hazards; approve additional repair scope and price, except necessary immediate safety measures. Voluntary expiry does not end all legal responsibility.

FH对日常电工小工程（包括独立电箱升级、小范围维修、小范围加装及插座或灯具安装），自完工日起提供12个月自愿施工保修；太阳能及电池安装施工的自愿保修为五年。这些承诺针对由FH施工造成的缺陷，与产品厂家保修分开。适用的法定保修及澳大利亚消费者法权利属于额外保障，须按实际工作、缺陷及法律判断。自愿保修期限不代表所有法律责任的截止期限。 电箱升级不代表对整套原有电气系统提供保修。约定施工范围以外的原有线路及电器，与FH工作无关的老化或故障不在FH自愿保修范围；FH仍对自身施工缺陷及造成的损坏负责。施工中发现的原有安全隐患应告知客户；额外维修须批准范围及价格，必要的即时安全措施除外。

Valid warranty or consumer guarantee claims do not attract assessment or call-out charges; unrelated maintenance or damage repairs require prior price approval.

Follow supplied maintenance instructions. FH voluntary workmanship cover excludes damage proven to arise from misuse, unauthorised alterations, war, extreme weather or other external events rather than defective FH work. Repeated RCBO resetting after an unresolved downstream fault may cause excluded damage; a trip alone proves neither misuse nor FH fault. Assess causation. These exclusions do not remove FH liability for defective work, statutory warranties, consumer guarantees or manufacturer obligations.

设备须按随附说明维护。对于被证实由误用、未经授权改动、战争、极端天气或其它FH无法控制的外部事件造成，而非FH施工缺陷造成的损坏，FH自愿施工保修可在该因果范围内排除。例如，RCBO因未排除的下游故障跳闸后，反复合闸被证实造成的损坏，可被排除。仅发生跳闸不能证明人为误用，FH须评估故障原因。本条款不排除FH对缺陷施工的责任、适用法定保修、消费者保障或厂家义务。

Customer-requested quotations do not themselves create unsolicited-sale cooling-off rights. Order equipment only after acceptance and when legally permitted. For cancellation without an applicable free-cancellation, refund or termination right, charges are limited to reasonable itemised contract costs actually incurred, including authorised non-returnable equipment, less refunds, recoveries and avoided costs. No blanket deposit forfeiture applies. Statutory refund rights prevail.

客户主动申请报价本身不会产生非邀约销售的冷静期权利。在接受报价、依法付款并满足适用等待期要求后，FH可按约定工期采购设备。客户之后取消，且不享有适用的免费取消、退款或终止权利时，收费仅限可逐项列明、与合同有关且实际发生的合理成本，包括经授权采购且无法退还的设备，并须扣除退款、转售收回款及避免发生的成本。不一概没收订金，也不自动收取全部设备款。法定退款权利优先。

Expedited work: where the customer requests commencement or completion within seven calendar days of acceptance, record the requested dates and procurement authority. Urgency does not waive deposit caps or cooling-off rights. FH checks lawful payment, commencement and any legally effective cooling-off modification before proceeding. For lawful cancellation, apply the relevant statutory settlement rules first; otherwise apply clause 9. After compliant completion, a mere change of mind does not itself cancel the agreed payment obligation. Defect remedies and consumer rights remain.

加急工程：客户要求接受报价后七个自然日内开工或完工的，须记录要求日期及采购授权。加急不免除订金上限或冷静期权利。FH须先核实付款、开工及任何依法有效的冷静期调整条件。依法取消时，优先按相关法定结算规则处理；其它取消按第9条。合规完工后，单纯改变主意本身不取消约定付款义务。缺陷救济及消费者保障仍保留。

The customer confirms authority to approve work at the residential property. FH will confirm the agreed scope, access, appointments and any planned supply interruption before work.

客户确认有权批准住宅工程；开工前确认范围、进场、预约和停电安排。

Only the itemised work is included. Unforeseen defects or additional services require written scope and price approval before proceeding, except immediate measures reasonably necessary to make an unsafe situation safe.

只包含列明项目；额外工作先书面确认范围和价格，紧急安全处置除外。

The stated deposit is credited once against the total. Where NSW residential building law applies, the deposit must not exceed 10%; required insurance and certificates, contract information and applicable cooling-off rights must be provided before payment or work as required by law. For large projects, a separately agreed later procurement or progress payment is payable only for a completed specified stage or eligible costs already incurred with supporting supplier invoices, receipts or other evidence; it is not another advance deposit and must not duplicate an earlier payment.

订金只抵扣一次。适用 NSW 住宅建筑法规时订金最多10%，并遵守保险、合同资料和冷静期要求。大金额项目可书面约定后续采购／进度款，但须对应已完成的具体阶段或有供应商发票、收据等支持的已实际发生成本；不得作为另一笔预付订金或重复收费。

The final invoice follows completion, approved variations and verified payments. The balance is due within three NSW business days of receipt, subject to any stronger statutory or agreed entitlement. A disputed amount does not remove the right to dispute it or seek a remedy.

完工核对变更及已付款后开尾款发票，收到后三个 NSW 工作日内支付；法定及约定的更强权利优先，保留争议权。

The project-specific workmanship and supplier warranty periods shown in the standard terms apply. Manufacturer warranties are additional and do not replace FH's obligations. Where applicable, NSW statutory warranties generally cover major defects for six years and other defects for two years from completion.

沿用项目标准条款中的施工及供应商保修期。厂家保修不替代 FH 责任；适用时重大缺陷法定保修通常六年，其它缺陷两年。

Report a fault to support@aspl2.com.au or 1300 026 666 with the document number, address and description. FH will arrange reasonable assessment and an applicable repair, replacement, refund or other remedy. No assessment or call-out charge will be imposed for a valid warranty or consumer guarantee claim; any charge for unrelated work requires prior approval.

Voluntary warranty exclusions apply only to faults caused by misuse, unauthorised alteration or external damage, and do not restrict mandatory rights. Australian Consumer Law rights, applicable cancellation rights and access to NSW dispute resolution remain available.

自愿保修排除只限因误用、未经授权改动或外部损坏导致的故障；不限制法定保障、取消或争议解决权。

By signing this quotation, you accept its project-specific scope, prices, exclusions and terms. Mandatory law prevails; these agreed project terms take precedence over inconsistent general website terms.

签署本报价即表示您接受该工程的具体范围、价格、排除事项及条款。强制性法律规定优先；已约定的具体工程条款，优先于与其不一致的一般网站条款。

This quotation covers the itemised electrical work, testing and commissioning. Materials and cable lengths are included only where expressly itemised.

A deposit of [deposit amount] ([deposit percentage]% of the payable total) is credited against the final bill and is payable only under a separate deposit invoice, after signed acceptance, applicable cooling-off restrictions and required insurance. The final invoice is issued only after work completion and reconciliation of approved variations and verified payments. Payment is due on the date shown on the invoice, normally three NSW business days after completion and issue. If you receive it later, FH will allow at least three NSW business days from receipt and correct the due date. A stronger statutory or agreed payment entitlement prevails. Business days exclude weekends and NSW statewide public holidays; a relevant local public holiday also extends the date.

The installation method may change where actual site conditions require it. Changes to scope, materials or price require a revised written quotation and customer approval before extra work proceeds.

现场实际条件需要时，安装方法可能调整。范围、材料或价格的变化，须在进行额外工作前提供修订的书面报价，并取得客户批准。

The quoted price includes GST. GST remains payable regardless of payment method; cash payment is not accepted.

Exclusions and site-specific conditions are listed on this quotation. Hidden defects, network provider charges, permits and work outside the agreed scope require a separate quotation unless expressly included.

本报价列明排除事项及现场特殊条件。隐藏缺陷、电网公司收费、许可及约定范围之外的工作，除非明确包含，否则须另行报价。

FH provides a voluntary 12 months warranty against defects in its other electrical installation workmanship from completion. Damage caused by misuse, interference, accidents or events beyond FH's control (including storms, fire or flooding) is not covered by this voluntary workmanship warranty. Product warranties are provided by the original manufacturer. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, rights under Australian Consumer Law. The customer accepts the work scope, total price, deposit and these terms by checking acceptance and signing the quotation. Both parties receive the same document number on the final invoice.

客户通过勾选接受并签署报价，同意工作范围、总价、订金及这些条款。双方收到的最终发票使用相同的单据号码。

Statutory protections: No term excludes Australian Consumer Law guarantees or NSW statutory warranties. Where residential building law applies, statutory warranties generally apply for six years for major defects and two years for other defects; the voluntary workmanship period does not replace or shorten these rights. Applicable deposit limits, required written contracts, the Consumer Building Guide and HBC cover remain mandatory.

法定保护：任何条款均不排除澳大利亚消费者法保障或新州法定保修。适用住宅建筑法律时，重大缺陷通常有六年法定保修，其它缺陷为两年；自愿施工保修期不能替代或缩短这些权利。适用订金限制、必需书面合同、Consumer Building Guide及HBC保险要求仍须遵守。

No advance deposit is required. The final invoice is issued only after work completion and reconciliation of approved variations and verified payments. Payment is due on the date shown on the invoice, normally three NSW business days after completion and issue. If you receive it later, FH will allow at least three NSW business days from receipt and correct the due date. A stronger statutory or agreed payment entitlement prevails. Business days exclude weekends and NSW statewide public holidays; a relevant local public holiday also extends the date.

无需预付订金。仅在完工并核对已批准的变更及已核实付款后，开具最终发票。付款按发票所列日期到期，通常为完工与开票后的三个新州工作日；如客户收到更晚，FH 应给予收件后至少三个新州工作日并更正到期日。更有利的法定或约定付款权利优先。工作日不包括周末及新州全州公共假日，适用地方公共假日亦会顺延到期日。

The quoted price includes GST. For this expressly commercial electrical contract, an agreed deposit of at least 30% is required after signed acceptance and a separate deposit invoice. Any statutory restriction prevails; residential work must not be classified as commercial to bypass a deposit limit.

报价包含GST。对于该项明确属于商业性质的电气合同，双方约定的订金至少为30%，并须在签字接受及另行开具订金发票后支付。所有法定限制优先；不得把住宅工程归类为商业工程，以绕过订金上限。

Unforeseen work and services are excluded from this quotation.

本报价不包含不可预见的工作及服务。

I have reviewed the system proposal, work scope, exclusions, quoted total and terms on the preceding pages. I accept this quotation and authorise FH to proceed in accordance with those agreed terms. Any deposit is paid only against the deposit invoice issued after FH receives my signed acceptance, subject to applicable cooling-off rights and required insurance.

本人已阅读前述页面中的系统方案、工程范围、排除事项、报价总额及条款。本人接受本报价，并授权FH按已约定条款执行。任何订金仅凭FH收到本人签字接受后开具的订金发票支付，并须遵守适用冷静期权利及所需保险要求。

The deposit invoice is issued after signed acceptance. Its stated date is an administrative payment reminder, not permission to pay during a statutory cooling-off period or before required HBC cover and the certificate have been provided. Where payment is legally permitted, pay by the stated date before scheduling work. If a statutory restriction lasts beyond that date, payment is deferred and FH must confirm a lawful revised due date without an overdue penalty for that protected period. An invoice is not proof of payment.

签字接受后开具订金发票。列明日期只是行政付款提醒，不代表允许在法定冷静期内、或必需的HBC保险及证书尚未提供前付款。依法可以付款时，应在列明日期前及安排施工前支付。如果法定限制持续超过该日期，付款须顺延，FH须确认合法的新到期日，不得就该受保护期间收取逾期罚款。发票不是付款证明。

Contracting parties: The Owner identified as a contracting party in the quotation is Party A. The Contractor named in the quotation is Party B. An authorised representative may sign on behalf of Party A but is not deemed to be the Owner. If the contracting client is a tenant, builder or another entity rather than the Owner, the quotation must identify that capacity and any required owner authority; this clause does not bind a property owner who is not a party to the contract.

Market cost increases: If market fluctuations result in increased costs of materials, labour or equipment during a prolonged period between quotation and completion of the works, the Contractor (Party B) may propose a corresponding price adjustment to the Owner (Party A). Any proposed adjustment must be notified to Party A in writing, together with the reasons for and amount of the adjustment, and agreed by both parties in writing before it takes effect. Any required variation must be signed by both parties. No price increase is applied automatically. Mandatory statutory cancellation, termination and refund rights remain unaffected.

Special reminder — ASP2 customer obligations: 1. Provide a complete electricity bill (all pages). If no bill is available, provide the account-opening authorisation/reference number, the electricity retailer used to open the account, and the NMI number. 2. Provide the electricity account holder’s full name, contact telephone number and email address. 3. For AGL customers, also provide the account holder’s driver licence number and the name under which the account was opened. 4. For company customers, provide the full company name, a complete electricity bill, and the contact person’s telephone number and email address.

Confidentiality: By signing acceptance of this quotation, Party A agrees to keep its non-public design drawings, technical proposals and commercial information confidential. Without Party B's written consent, that information must not be publicly disclosed, forwarded without authorisation or used for purposes outside this project. Private access links and verification codes must not be shared. This agreement does not prevent reasonable disclosure to professional advisers and necessary project participants who are subject to confidentiality obligations, or disclosure required by law, complaints or the exercise of statutory rights.

This quotation covers the stated solar and battery system design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning. Ordinary AC electrical materials up to 5 metres are included unless otherwise specified.

The final installation location and method may change where actual roof or site conditions require it. Changes to scope, materials or price require a revised written quotation and customer approval before the extra work proceeds.

The gross price includes GST. Any expressly shown STC assignment deduction is applied once after GST to determine the payable total. Eligibility and assignment must be verified; any resulting price change requires written customer approval before proceeding. Cash payment is not accepted.

FH provides a voluntary 5 years warranty against defects in its solar and battery system installation workmanship from completion. Damage caused by misuse, interference, accidents or events beyond FH's control (including storms, fire or flooding) is not covered by this voluntary workmanship warranty. Product warranties are provided by the original manufacturer. This warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, rights under Australian Consumer Law. Unsolicited consumer agreement: If this sale is an unsolicited consumer agreement under Australian Consumer Law, you may cancel without penalty during the statutory 10-business-day cooling-off period. For an in-person sale it starts on the first business day after the agreement; for a telephone sale it starts on the first business day after you receive the agreement. Cancellation may be notified orally or in writing to FH on 1300 026 666 or Steven@fhasp2.com.au. No deposit or other payment will be accepted, and no installation will start, during this period. These rights cannot be waived.

NSW residential building contracts: Where the statutory large-contract rules apply, you have five clear business days to cool off after receiving a copy of the signed contract, subject to the law. This is separate from the unsolicited-sale right. FH will provide the required Consumer Building Guide and, where required, Home Building Compensation cover before requesting payment or starting work. Rebates do not reduce the work value for determining the insurance threshold. Statutory termination rights remain available.

NETCC design and refund protection: If the site-specific design and performance estimate are first supplied after contracting, you may reject them within 10 business days of receiving both and receive a full refund. You may also terminate with a full refund if you reject a significant design change, if unforeseen extra work is needed and FH will not bear its cost, or if FH misses the agreed supply or installation timeframe (except delays caused by circumstances expressly identified in the contract as outside our control).

Other cancellations: There is no blanket forfeiture of the deposit. Outside an applicable cooling-off period or full-refund entitlement, any cancellation charge is limited to reasonable costs actually incurred by FH in connection with this contract; FH will itemise those costs and refund the remaining payment. No fixed cancellation percentage applies. Any stronger statutory rights prevail.

其它取消：不一概没收订金。在适用冷静期或全额退款权利之外，取消收费只限FH就该合同实际发生的合理成本；FH应列明该等成本并退还剩余款项。不适用固定取消百分比。更有利的法定权利优先。

Both FH and the customer must sign the agreement and any written variations, including by an equivalent electronic acceptance method. FH will provide a receipt for every payment received.

FH provides a five-year supplier warranty from completion covering the operation and performance of the agreed solar and battery system, including equipment and installation workmanship, in addition to manufacturer warranties and statutory rights. Performance is assessed against the agreed specifications and operating conditions, not a guaranteed electricity bill or fixed daily yield. FH undertakes to comply with the applicable New Energy Tech Consumer Code. The stated system estimate is a planning estimate; a site-specific installation design and performance estimate, applicable connection approvals and required consumer information must be provided under the Code. Any material change requires customer approval; applicable rejection, termination and refund rights remain available.

Network approval: Responsibility and any price for arranging network approval or meter reconfiguration must be identified in the agreed scope. Network or metering charges are excluded only where expressly stated. If you undertake approval and your application is rejected, applicable NETCC termination rights include a refund less reasonable expenses incurred.

FH will acknowledge your complaint promptly, aim to respond within 15 business days and provide a final response within 25 business days unless a further extension is agreed. Solar and battery terms apply to the agreed solar or battery work for residential and commercial customers, alongside the matching customer terms. Commercial classification does not itself exclude applicable consumer rights. Unsolicited-sales and NSW residential-contract requirements apply only when their legal conditions are met; a customer-initiated purchase does not itself create unsolicited-sales cooling-off rights. The stated supplier system and workmanship warranties remain as agreed.

Work is limited to the listed electrical installations, repairs, testing or network connection work. Service cable, consumer mains, switchboards, RCBOs and Earth System work are included only where itemised. Distributor approvals, metering charges and third-party fees are included only if expressly stated. Required approvals and certificates are handled within the agreed scope.

Ordinary AC electrical materials up to 5 metres are included in a solar quotation unless otherwise stated. Roof repairs, structural reinforcement, switchboard upgrades, trenching and extra cabling are included only when itemised. Generation, savings and incentive estimates depend on site conditions, usage, tariffs and eligibility; they are estimates rather than guaranteed outcomes. Backup supply is limited to the agreed equipment and circuits. Any separately referred electrical or ASP2 work is contracted with the provider named in that separate quotation.

Prices identify GST and the agreed deposit, payment milestones and due dates in the quotation or invoice. Deposits must comply with applicable statutory limits. A deposit is credited against the final bill. After completion, approved variations and received payments are reconciled before the final invoice is issued. Payment details are provided with the invoice.

报价或发票列明 GST、约定订金、付款节点及到期日。订金须符合适用的法定限制。已收订金抵扣最终账款。工作完成后，核对已批准的变更及已收款，再开具最终发票。付款资料随发票提供。

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any agreed cancellation costs must reflect the contract and applicable law. Cooling-off rights and remedies under consumer law remain available where applicable. There is no blanket no-refund rule.

Work will be performed with due care and skill. Any voluntary workmanship warranty is stated in your quotation. Manufacturer warranties are additional promises; they do not replace statutory consumer guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or applicable NSW law.

Residential deposits must not exceed 10% of the contract price. FH conservatively caps non-commercial quotation deposits at 10% of the payable amount; STC deductions do not lower any statutory HBC insurance threshold. The gross price includes GST; any stated STC assignment deduction is applied once. Verified payments are credited once against the final invoice. Solar pricing remains valid for at least 10 NSW business days; other quotations normally remain valid for 14 days.

A deposit invoice is issued after signed acceptance. Its date does not override a statutory payment restriction or missing required HBC insurance and certificate. Where payment is legally permitted, the deposit is paid before scheduling work; FH must defer the date where legal restrictions apply. The final invoice is issued after work completion and reconciliation of approved variations. Payment is due on its stated date, normally three NSW business days after completion and issue. If received later, FH will allow at least three NSW business days from receipt and correct the date. Weekends and statewide public holidays are excluded; tell FH about a relevant local public holiday so the date can be extended. An overdue invoice remains payable; expiry is not cancellation of a debt.

An unsolicited consumer agreement has a statutory 10-business-day cooling-off period. During that period FH will not request or accept payment or supply the contracted goods or services. A normal customer-initiated website enquiry does not itself create this unsolicited-sale cooling-off right. Separate NSW residential large-contract cooling-off rights may apply. Where required, FH provides the Consumer Building Guide and HBC cover and certificate before requesting payment or starting work. Public liability insurance does not replace HBC cover.

FH undertakes to comply with the applicable NETCC for its solar and battery sales. Site-specific design and performance information, consumer information and network connection responsibilities must be provided as required. If design/performance information is first provided after contracting, applicable NETCC rejection and refund rights remain available. Significant design changes, unaccepted extra costs or failure to meet the agreed timeframe may give refund or termination rights. Cancellation charges outside protected rights are limited to reasonable contract-related costs actually incurred; no blanket deposit forfeiture applies.

FH provides a five-year supplier warranty from completion on the agreed solar and battery system operation and performance, including equipment and workmanship. Customers retain access to NETCC complaints, NSW Fair Trading, NCAT and court remedies.
