Pricing rules
The exact price depends on the property, scope and timing. FH gives the agreed price in a written quote.
Price components
Prices may reflect labour time, specialist Level 2 work, materials and equipment, access or excavation, testing, network or metering requirements, travel and any applicable after-hours attendance. Each quote states what is included and excluded.
Emergency call-out
Weekday emergency call-out: $580 + GST ($638 including GST), with arrival within one hour after dispatch is confirmed for an address within 25 km of FH’s company base. Saturday and Sunday emergency call-out: $850 + GST ($935 including GST); arrival time is confirmed when booking. Public holiday, outside-area and other special attendance charges are confirmed before dispatch. These are call-out charges; repair work, additional labour and materials are quoted separately.
GST and incentives
Customer-facing prices are quoted including GST. Where solar or battery incentives are used, the proposal shows the gross price, each applicable discount and the final customer price. Eligibility and certificate values are confirmed in the quote.
Price changes
An accepted fixed quote is changed only through an agreed written variation or as permitted by the contract and law. Material cost changes or additional site work are explained before the affected work proceeds.
