1. Owner (Party A) and Contractor (Party B)
业主（甲方）与承包商（乙方）
Contracting parties: The Owner identified as a contracting party in the quotation is Party A. The Contractor named in the quotation is Party B. An authorised representative may sign on behalf of Party A but is not deemed to be the Owner. If the contracting client is a tenant, builder or another entity rather than the Owner, the quotation must identify that capacity and any required owner authority; this clause does not bind a property owner who is not a party to the contract.
合同双方：报价中明确列为合同一方的业主（所有者）为甲方，报价中列明的承包商为乙方。经授权的代表可代甲方签署，但不因代签而被认定为业主。如签约客户是租户、建筑商或其它主体而非业主，报价须明确其身份及所需业主授权；本条不使未作为合同一方的物业所有者承担合同义务。
2. Price adjustment due to market cost increases
市场成本上涨引起的价格调整
Market cost increases: If market fluctuations result in increased costs of materials, labour or equipment during a prolonged period between quotation and completion of the works, the Contractor (Party B) may propose a corresponding price adjustment to the Owner (Party A). Any proposed adjustment must be notified to Party A in writing, together with the reasons for and amount of the adjustment, and agreed by both parties in writing before it takes effect. Any required variation must be signed by both parties. No price increase is applied automatically. Mandatory statutory and applicable NETCC cancellation, termination and refund rights remain unaffected.
市场成本上涨：如从报价至工程完成期间周期较长，市场波动导致材料、人工或设备成本上涨，承包商（乙方）可向业主（甲方）提出相应价格调整。调整前须书面通知甲方，说明调整原因及金额，并经双方书面同意后生效；依法或依约需签署的变更须由双方签署。不自动加价。不可排除的法定权利及适用NETCC的取消、终止和退款权利不受影响。
3. 12 months of free hire from installation
自安装日起免费租用12个月
Where FH supplies a temporary switchboard and temporary supply system on hire, the free hire period is 12 months from the installation date recorded for the site. The equipment supplied on hire remains FH’s property. Free hire refers to use of the hired equipment; installation, electricity usage, retailer/network charges and other work are governed by the agreed quotation and are not made free by this clause.
FH以租用方式提供的临时开关箱及临时供电系统，自现场记录的安装之日起免费租用12个月。租用设备的所有权仍属FH。免费租用指租用设备的使用；安装、电费、能源零售商／电网费用及其它工程按双方同意的报价执行，本条不代表这些项目免费。
4. Owner-builder or builder must sign
Owner-builder 或 Builder 须签署同意
On receiving FH’s quotation/contract, the owner-builder or builder responsible for the site must review and sign acceptance of these temporary switchboard use terms as part of the quotation/contract. For new arrangements, signed acceptance is required before the hire is provided. Silence or failure to sign is not acceptance of a contract.
负责现场的Owner-builder（自建业主）或Builder（建筑商），在收到FH报价合同后，须阅读并签署同意作为报价合同组成部分的本临时电箱使用条款。新租用安排须先取得签署同意，再提供租用服务。沉默或未签字不视为接受合同。
5. No automatic renewal after 12 months
12个月期满不自动续租
To continue using the equipment after the 12-month period, the owner-builder or builder must obtain FH’s written agreement and sign the applicable continued-hire terms before expiry. Any further hire period and charges must be agreed in writing. If the required continued-hire agreement has not been signed by expiry, this is treated as an election not to continue the hire at expiry; there is no automatic renewal or automatic acceptance of further hire charges.
如需在12个月免费租用期满后继续使用，Owner-builder或Builder须在到期前取得FH书面同意，并签署适用的继续租用条款。后续租期及费用须书面约定。到期仍未签署所需继续租用协议，视为选择到期不再续租；不自动续租，也不自动视为同意后续租金。
6. FH may recover its temporary equipment at expiry
期满后FH有权拆除并收回临时设备
If the hire expires without a signed continued-hire agreement, FH may arrange disconnection, dismantling and recovery of its hired temporary switchboard and associated temporary supply system. FH will give reasonable advance written notice and coordinate safe isolation, the access appointment and any required retailer/network approvals. Recovery must use lawful site access and appropriately licensed/accredited personnel. This clause does not permit entry without lawful authority or removal of customer-owned permanent equipment. The owner-builder or builder must cooperate with the agreed access and arrange any replacement supply needed after expiry.
如租期届满且未签署继续租用协议，FH有权安排断开、拆除并收回其出租的临时开关箱及相关临时供电系统。FH会提前给予合理书面通知，协调安全断电、进场时间及必要的能源零售商／电网审批。收回设备须依法进场，并由具备相应执照／资质的人员实施。本条不授权未经合法许可进入现场或拆除客户所有的永久设备。Owner-builder或Builder须配合约定进场，并安排期满后仍需使用的替代电源。
7. Application to the agreed contract
以双方同意的合同为准
These terms apply when supplied with and accepted as part of the relevant quotation/contract. Publishing or updating this page does not retrospectively change an existing signed agreement. Mandatory consumer and statutory rights remain unaffected.
本条款随相关报价合同提供并获接受后，作为该合同的一部分适用。网站公布或更新本条款，不追溯更改已签署协议。不可排除的消费者及法定权利不受影响。
