Members earn 1 point for each full A$100 of their own verified net payments to FH. Amounts are combined across payments. A quotation, unpaid invoice or payment link does not earn points.
Share your personal referral link from My account. When a new customer registers with your code and their verified net payments reach A$500, you earn 5 bonus points once for that customer. Existing members cannot add a referral later. You cannot refer your own account.
Use points
1 point gives A$1 off a future FH labour charge, up to 10% of the confirmed labour component for that job. Ask FH to apply points when approving the quote or invoice. Points are recorded against that invoice and cannot be exchanged for cash or applied to materials, call-out charges or government fees. FH will show the discount and applicable GST in the final invoice.
Balance and adjustments
FH records payments only after checking the transaction. A refund or reversal reduces points earned and may remove referral bonus points if the referred customer’s net payments fall below A$500. If points were already used, FH may correct the account balance before further redemptions. Points do not currently expire. Your account shows payment records, referrals and redemptions; contact FH about any discrepancy.
